2025 Season Rank: 19th

Who they’re losing: Naya Howard, Sadie Jane Berry, Alexis Czarrunchick, Sidney Fitzgerald, Anaya Smith, Kelsey Lee

Who they’re gaining: CaMarah Williams, Autumn Reingold, Kelise Woolford, Brooke Pierson, Avery Moll

The New Faces:

Georgia hung around the top 10 during the 2025 regular season, but a poor showing at regionals kept the team from reaching its full potential. The good news? Georgia loses only one routine on vault, beam, and floor, as well as two bar routines from last year’s postseason lineup. And they are reloading with one of the best freshman classes in the country!

CaMarah Williams announced that she will be joining the team a year early, which is huge for Georgia. She should be an asset right away on vault, beam, and floor. Autumn Reingold’s strengths are bars and floor, while Kelise Woolford is known for her stunning lines on bars and beam. Brooke Pierson could see lineup time on any event, as could Avery Moll. Each of these athletes have elite-level experience (with the exception of Autumn) and are well-rounded with no true weak event. Between these freshmen and several athletes returning from injury, the GymDogs are in a strong position to keep climbing the rankings in 2026!

Vault Breakdown:
Losing from postseason lineup: Anaya Smith
New faces to watch for: CaMarah Williams, Brooke Pierson, Avery Moll, Jaydah Battle

Outlook: Georgia returns its two big vaulters from last season, sophomore Nyla Aquino and junior Ady Wahl, who both compete 10.0 start-value vaults and averaged 9.843 and 9.823, respectively. They also return JaFree Scott and her super-clean Yurchenko full, which is likely a lock in the lineup because of how well she executes it (9.818 average). Csenge Bácskay averaged a 9.809 last season with her yurchenko 1.5 and although she’s working back from a UCL injury sustained in the post season last year, head coach Cecile Landi said she could be back in the mix by mid season.

From here, some new faces enter the conversation. Jaydah Battle is back from the Achilles injury that sidelined her during her sophomore season, and her Yurchenko 1.5 is looking better than ever. She averaged 9.732 during her freshman campaign and should be in this lineup without a doubt.

Then there’s freshman CaMarah Williams, who has one of the best Yurchenko 1.5s in the country and is capable of perfection — she even scored a perfect 10 during her club career! This vault will be a huge boost to the GymDog lineup.

Freshmen Brooke Pierson and Avery Moll also compete Yurchenko 1.5s that will be in contention for the lineup, along with the clean Yurchenko fulls of Lily Smith (9.809 average) and Nicole King (9.775 average).

Uneven Bar Breakdown:
Losing from postseason lineup: Sidney Fitzgerald, Naya Howard
New faces to watch for: Autumn Reingold, Kelise Woolford, Brooke Pierson

Outlook: This event was a strength for the GymDogs last season, and we expect it to remain a strength in 2026. Junior Lily Smith is one of the best bar workers in the country, averaging a 9.897 last season. The GymDogs also return JaFree Scott (9.878) and Ady Wahl (9.859), who were the epitome of consistency throughout the year. Holly Snyder (9.793) has been a reliable contributor in her career and will be competing with several talented freshmen who excel on this event for a lineup spot — Autumn Reingold, Kelise Woolford, and Brooke Pierson. Autumn and Kelise in particular have gorgeous lines and no built-in deductions, so it’s hard to envision a lineup without them in it.

And don’t count out Csenge Bácskay (9.838). You’d think that, given the type of injury she’s returning from, bars would be out of the question for 2026, but Cecile told us that bars was actually the first event to come back and that she’ll be in the mix come January!

Beam Breakdown:
Losing from postseason lineup: Naya Howard
New faces to watch for: Kelsie Woolford, CaMarah Williams, Brooke Pierson, Aberdeen O’Driscoll, Autumn Reingold, Avery Moll

Outlook: Georgia finished the season ranked seventh on beam last year, and they return the majority of their lineup — and then some! Anya Turner (9.864), JaFree Scott (9.852), Lily Smith (9.807), and Kara Eaker (9.712) were mainstays in the lineup last season, and we expect that to remain the case in 2026.

The final two spots could go to a combination of athletes. There are several gymnasts with lineup experience, including Jaydah Battle (9.827), Harley Tomlin (9.817), Ady Wahl (9.775), Zora Morgan (9.724), and Brooke Gleichowski (9.647) — who Cecile noted was looking great on this event. But there are also plenty of new faces — Kelise Woolford, CaMarah Williams, Brooke Pierson, Autumn Reingold, Avery Moll, and sophomore Aberdeen O’Driscoll — who are all excellent on this event. It’s impossible to predict who will ultimately claim a spot in the lineup, but we think Jaydah Battle, Kelise Woolford, CaMarah Williams, and Brooke Pierson are among the strongest options.

Floor Breakdown:
Losing from postseason lineup: Sidney Fitzgerald
New faces to watch for: CaMarah Williams, Harley Tomlin, Autumn Reingold, Brooke Pierson

Outlook: This is the event that head coach Cecile Landi believes will be the hardest to make, with all but one routine returning from last year and a ton of depth waiting in the wings for their time to shine. The lineup locks, in our opinion, are Lily Smith (9.88), Nyla Aquino (9.841), and Ady Wahl (9.843). Other athletes who competed last season and are in contention again this year include Holly Snyder (9.86) and Eyrn Williams (9.834), both of whom were extremely consistent.

But you have to include CaMarah Williams in this lineup — she has a great double layout and the charisma to draw big scores, potentially even in the back half of the lineup. Harley Tomlin was a star as a Level 10 gymnast, but injuries kept her limited last season. She’s been seen training a stunning double Arabian this preseason, and we’re hoping this is finally the year she makes her debut!

Freshmen Autumn Reingold and Brooke Pierson are also excellent on this event and are expected to make a strong push.

Final Outlook:
We’re excited to see what a healthy Georgia GymDog team looks like and how far they can go in 2026! Head coach Cecile Landi said she felt the team peaked too early last season, and they certainly felt the impact of missing athletes at regionals. But with the added depth of the freshman class and the return of athletes like Csenge Bácskay, Jaydah Battle and Harley Tomlin, the GymDogs are in a great position to have another strong season — and hopefully earn a trip to Fort Worth.
